„Immaculately clean and comfortable place. Thought the bed was so comfortable (love a firm mattress!). Easy to park on the street right in front. Location convenient to what we were doing in town - super close to Penn, Drexel, zoo, art museum. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. Very happy with stay. “

The communication was poor we begged for check in instructions and they came super late on top of a million paragraphs that should’ve been sent prior to us checking in. While we were at the property sitting outside still waiting for check in instructions they informed us that we would be switched to the upstairs floor because the tenants in our original unit extended ...

„DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. “
