„The location and space of the apartment were really great. So much of it worked perfect for our stay. However, there were some things missing or that could be improved. For starters, towels were provided but no wash cloths. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, the message said the key would be in the lockbox outside of the building but it was not in there.
