„The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Its is located in a quiet street with ample curbside parking. It very easy to get around the palo alto are, lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our late-check out request. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and had ample room to hang out in the apartment. the beds were so comfy and the in-unit washer/dryer was a huge benefit. “

„We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!“

„We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Clara. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry came in handy. The welcome package(s) were a nice touch too and a great surprise! The neighborhood is nice, but it was also nice that access to the building is secure. The owners kept us well informed via email with necessary instructions. „Location, location, location. So easy to get to everywhere I needed to go without getting on a highway. The tenants in the building are uniformly friendly and helpful. The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. “

„Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down ...
