„The hotel was very disappointing and does not match the photos shown on expedia. The property is old, worn out, and poorly maintained.
There was no proper heating in the room. The only option was an air conditioner, which could only be set up to 22°C and automatically turned off during the night. Cold air was coming from the window, and the room was freezing.
The towels were not changed during the stay. We asked at the reception in the evening, but were told there were no extra towels ...

„Not bad, but it was not entirely to my personal taste. I previously stayed in another capsule place that offered much better infrastructure and cleanliness. I had high expectations for this one, but ultimately, I was disappointed. The bathrooms were very unclean, and the other guests were very noisy.
On the positive side, the staff managing the place were kind and helpful, and the location was superb.
I hope the management reads my review and improves bathroom cleanliness and enforces the ...

„Die Klimaanlage in der Kapsel war sehr laut. Duschen konnte man Temperatur und Druck nicht einstellen, nur eine Regendusche. Zu wenig Klimatisierung bei den Duschen sorgt für Schimmel. Kein Platz in der Dusche um Handtuch oder Klamotten zu platzieren. Wlan konnte ich mich nicht anmelden. Kleine Küche. Handtücher, Vorhängeschloss und Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet extra. Sonst gut. “

„I couldn’t find the place at the airport shortly after midnight. There was no signage and no one I asked could help. I was directed out of the airport to the hotel across the street! Never used the sleep pod. Awful experience.“

„Chegamos e fomos bem recebidos pela funcionária que estava la no momento! Nos acolheu, mostrou a acomodação e nos explicou como funcionava tudo certinho.

„My first time in a capsule hotel and I was very impressed. Geneva capsule was pristine. Guests all stuck to the rules so no noise etc.
A short walk to the bus and train stations.
Only thing I would say is that it was quite hot (small fan supplied in capsule) but if you are someone who likes to be cold, you may struggle to sleep.“
