„We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee.“

„My partner and I were in San Francisco for the 2025 Game Developers Conference (GDC). The hosts were very polite, friendly, and attentive! They provided some snacks and plenty of coffee (MUCH appreciated) and graciously allowed my partner into the residence when he forgot his passcode. I highly recommend this residence, and extend many thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and patience with two midwestern tourists!! :)“

„It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! “

„The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away.“

„The holiday apartment did not meet our expectations. All in all, the holiday apartment seemed unkempt and unclean to us. We found the furnishings more like youth hostel style. Everything seemed extremely unloving to us. In the room description it was written that there was a balcony or terrace. However, we were given a room without a balcony or terrace. The landlady told us that we should use a small metal table and two chairs in the hallway directly in front of the other holiday apartment. ...

„This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though!
