„Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Einsame Hütten wie ansonsten nur aus Filmen bekannt. Den Abzug gibt's ausdrücklich nicht für die Unterkunft selber. Man sollte aber zu der Umgebung wissen, dass dort wirklich rein gar nichts ist. Eigentlich genau was wir suchten, aber das gilt leider auch für Wanderwege, die man mit dem Auto anfahren muss. Außerdem sollte man genau darauf achten, welche Hütte man bucht. Wenn keine Küche bzw Kühlschrank vorhanden ist, ist man nämlich zu 100 % auf das ...

„What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent. We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities.“

„The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens ...

„This was our 5th year staying at Aftermath. We love our yearly tradition here. Saw so many whales! Took a day fishing trip with Sonoma Coast Adventures, highly recommend them. Taking home tons of fish. A nice tip for fellow visitors is we load all our beach stuff and drive one minute down the highway to the state park campground at Wrights Beach. The bathrooms are close and you can spend all day in the sand. We are always sad to leave the coast and Aftermath but we’ll see you next year! “
