I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations.“

We enjoyed the gas fire place and had fun playing games on the big dining room table. The house was a short drive to town where we found excellent restaurants and interesting shops for browsing. „Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„The house is very nice but located on a very narrow street with difficult parking. We had two larger cars. Parking is a narrow platform and turning radius was a challenge to say the least. The property description should include this information. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Nothing wrong with the house, just would have appreciated knowing about the parking challenge in advance since we had two vans. Also, the beds were a bit too soft.“

„This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed.“
