„Host & Communication was great. There is a lot of space. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Marina beach is a food the street. Recommend driving to Venice beach if carrying chairs cooler to hang for the day. Only con is the property is on the 10th floor and one of the two elevators was out until the last day which resulted in some longer waits. Other than that, everything went smoothly and my family enjoyed the trip.“

Owner gave me a faulty remote and then kept telling me to just “point it at the gate” (no kidding) to get it to open, after 2 hrs of this I left and had to book a hotel. Apartment is also being rented without the complexes knowledge, and as a result couldn’t access it through the office. Filed a claim w VRBO and hosts still refused a refund. “
