„The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it ...

„The unit is beautiful and the location is amazing. We arrived after a long day of travel and I wish the instructions to access the house would have been more clear (photos would have helped). But it’s a minor issue - the rest of the stay was great. The management company is excellent and they answered my calls or texts immediately (even on a Sunday). Will go back again.“

„Die vorab versprochene Mail mit den Details zum Check-In kam pünktlich am Morgen der Ankunft und beinhaltete alle notwendigen Informationen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die gesamte Einrichtung macht einen sehr guten und neuen Eindruck. Leider haben sich die Vermieter in der Zeit, in der wir dort anwesend waren, nicht ein einziges Mal bei uns blicken lassen oder sich vorgestellt. Dies kennen wir aus den Objekten, in denen wir in den Jahren 2016 bis 2018 gewesen sind, anders. Entweder ...

„We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.“

„Great location, easy to get to everything including LAX. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Fans were provided which worked better on the 1st floor than the 2nd floor where it did get a bit warm one night. Kitchen was minimal but that was OK since we didn't plan to do any cooking. Very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the location.“

"War alles ok, aber eigentlich zahlt man Extras (zB Pool), welche man nicht braucht"

"1. Räume: sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, da hatten wir nichts zu meckern 2. Frühstück: es gab nur einen kleinen Raum, wo man sich bedienen konnte, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Auswahl war nach 7 uhr sehr begrenzt. Anscheinend konnte man rüber zum anderen Hotel was holen, aber das wurde einem nicht gesagt (hatten nur gesehen wie jemand von da mit essen kam) 3. Das Hotel hat keinen Pool! Anscheinend sind die Fotos auch vom Nachbarhotel, das man da rüber muss/ darf wird einem aber auch nicht gesagt. 4. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage Also in Summe fehlt die Kommunikation des Personals um das auch mit dem Nachbarhotel zu erklären. Für nen kurzen Aufenthalt okay."
