„The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. “

„This location was perfect for my 5-day meeting at the LA Convention Center. I was able to take one 15-minute on-time bus ride door-to-door or a nice 30 minute walk to the Convention Center. The neighborhood has great inexpensive restaurants and the apartment is just blocks from a Whole Foods. Additional positives are that Mike was amazingly responsive, his place is exceptionally clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The pullout couch was fine as a bed.
