„Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner. „The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“

„Great location easy walk to the beach. The house is ok does need a little work as windows are single pane and most don’t have screens so if windows were opened we dealt with a lot of gnats. You could hear a lot of street noise and you can hear the people above just walking around, showering or if they were talking loudly. Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip. „Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.“
