I typically do a lot of investigating before picking the place, so this was a new experience. Here would be the reasons to choose this unit: 1) Proximity to the beach. 2) Walking distance to restaurants and shops. 3) Large unit with large bedrooms. 4) Two-car garage at the beach! 5) No ants or any other critters, which is not always the case at the beach.Here would be the ...
