We spent about 45 minutes trying to find it and stopped five times to ask locals for directions to Heun Phea Meuang Feuang Riverside2. I messaged the property for help, but received no response. „Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!“

Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. The staff tried so hard to contact the pearl farm to help me get a replacement, which happened. Thankyou team! „El crucero muy completo. Los dos almuerzos y el desayuno son buffet, la cena es menú fijo. Todas la comidas están incluidas, no las bebidas. Las actividades son buenas, sobretodo el kayak. El guía/encargado muy amable y divertido. Los traslados desde Hanoi no están incluidos pero se pueden coordinar con ellos. “

„Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. “
