„高い温泉地有馬にしては、リーズナブルな値段で清潔そうなので、決めました。経営者の向かいの旅館の温泉を使えるという事で入りに行きましたが、金の湯は湯もみをしても水を足しても熱すぎて入れず、笑えました。残念。古い昔の温泉風呂はそれなりに趣があり良いのですが、湯に入れるようにはして頂きたいです。“

„Unglaublich freundliches Personal, der schönste Onsen unserer Reise, sehr leckeres Frühstück, kostenloser Parkplatz, insgesamt fantastischer Service und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gemütlich. Bad allerdings extrem klein, wir haben den Onsen benutzt. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse liegt und ein bisschen weg vom Schuss ist. Mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren ...

„We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is not only in a beautiful location right by the river, but the hotel is charming and the staff are some of the most kind and attentive people we have met on this trip so far. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next trip.“

„I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 3 nights. I liked the tatami mats, my room and I slept very good on the futon. It was my first ryokan to stay, but it was a nice experience and I would come again. Right im front is a strawberry store I can recommend!“

„I booked this ryokan as it was the most price friendly. The owners were super friendly and helpful, even though we had to talk through google translate as my japanese wasnt good enough. As others mentioned the stairs down to the hot springs (ast least for the female side) felt a bit dungeon-y. But the hot springs were amazing. The room was a bit older and you could tell there was some normal wear and tear from over the years but if i would definitely recommend it.“

Außergewöhnlich zuvorkommender Service (ich erhielt auf Wunsch ein "Western Breakfast", was nicht selbstverständlich ist); Gute Zimmer, mit Blick auf den Pond; Das Onsen ist ein wenig klein, (leider auch nur male/female getrennt); Kostenloses Parken 100 m entfernt vom Hotel.“
