The house is located in one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city, a street with little traffic for both pedestrians and cars; central but away from the hustle and bustle.

Places like minisuper (oxxo, circle k, 7eleven), supermarkets (soriana or chedraui), shopping center (plazas outlet), pharmacies (yza, similar), restaurants within a very short distance of the house.
The bus that takes you to the hotel zone passes just one street behind the house where you can take it to go to or return from the beach.

To give you complete freedom and privacy, instructions for using the password for the electronic door lock will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

The house has 2 parking spaces right at the entrance of the house.

Likewise, access to the common areas of the condominium (garden and pool) are inside the house, you will be given instructions so you can use them.

Please note that at the time of check-in, a damage deposit of MXN 4000 will be requested, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, as long as the house is in the same condition in which you received it upon arrival. .
