Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. • No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. • No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. • Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. • Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. • Please avoid moving furniture. • Pets are welcome in our home for an additional cleaning fee. • If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. • Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, or bottles are allowed in the pool. • We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. Great space - walkable location
The space is a quaint boho feel close to resturaunts, cafes, and the geocery store. We walked most places and felt safe in the area. The property is fantastic and mostly as pictured. Would definetly go back.

The place to be when you come to Tulum! BEST EXPERIENCE
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this unique property. We were greeted in person by Isaac our host who guided us to our apartment and then showed us the common areas. He was super helpful attending questions about anything in Tulum and we ended up renting a car from him so we were able to move around in Tulum as a family without issues.
One night we ordered a private chef and maxi came to really provide us with a spectacular experience, we had ceviche and causa limena to start and later on finished with some Mexican specialities and dessert.
The complex is amazing, so many pools, places to chill and relax, yet so easy to meet people if you are up for it.
The kids loved playing in the shallow pools, no problem as they were always in our sight.
Will come back to this great property and hopefully the same host.
