Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The layout offers an easy place to rest between beach visits, poolside hours, or relaxed evenings spent together.



Outdoor living

With waterfront surroundings and shared beach access, you’re never far from the shoreline. The private patio or balcony offers a simple outdoor space furnished for lingering over morning coffee or enjoying the mild coastal air, while outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area let you extend your time outside. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool, providing another place to settle into the calm of the area.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals as you choose, supported by a refrigerator, microwave, Otro electric stove, stainless steel oven, and coffee maker. The dining table creates a natural gathering point whether you prefer casual breakfasts or unhurried evenings at home.



Comfort and connectivity

Inside, you’ll find Wifi, TV, central air conditioning, and hot water for comfortable daily living. Bed linens and clothing storage in the bedroom add to the ease of settling in. A carbon monoxide alarm contributes to peace of mind.



Access and arrival

Self check-in with a keypad makes your arrival flexible, and a private entrance provides a straightforward way to come and go. The building includes an elevator and the home is single level with no stairs inside, offering convenient movement throughout. Luggage dropoff allowed adds flexibility for early arrivals or late departures.



Parking and facilities

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available. Guests also have resort access, creating additional opportunities to enjoy the surrounding facilities as part of your stay.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



--IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
