The hotel exceeded my expectations!
First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method.
The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach.
Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable.
The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool.
The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay.
The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar.
If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day.
The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour.
Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh.
When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes.
The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him.
I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family
