„We are well versed in Asheville related activities. We were they for our daughter's birthday and related outings. a good time was had by all.“

„Great communication, pet-friendly, easy to get in, parking wasn't an issue on the street, area felt very safe and quiet. Only critique I have is there was a faint smell of smoke in the living room - I'm not sure if people are allowed to smoke inside because the listing says smoking allowed in "designated areas" but regardless it was something we noticed because we were traveling with an infant. Otherwise have nothing bad to say about this apartment.“

„It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting. If it was renovated, I'd hate to have seen it beforehand. And the cleaning lady needs to be fired cos she half cleaned behind previous guests. The microwave was dirty with no plate inside. It ...
