Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!“

„We had a lovely time for our early summer vacation. House was so cute, well stocked with anything you might think you need. All was clean and tidy when we arrived. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and activities we chose to do. Beach access was super close! We loved our stay and will certainly consider this rental again if we are able to make it work with our schedules in future years! “

„The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with ...

„Always love staying at the cottage. The only problem we have is that we don't know how to use the tv even though we followed the directions that were left. We are an older group and just couldn't figure it out. Christine tried her best to help. We had a great time without it but we like to watch the news. The dogs loved it as usual. “

„Taylor’s house is in such a great location at end of cul de sac. communication was always quick and accurate. such a special experience being able to take pets with us. great access to wonderful beach, yet home feels like you are in your own private retreat. “

„Overall, it’s a great location, literally across the street from the beach, and it’s nice for a long weekend. The house itself is older and there’s no outdoor light to sit out on the porch, which was disappointing because it was hard to see out there at night. Secondly, there were lots of thorns from bushes on the rugs and dust when we arrived, which we took care of.“

„We had the best time celebrating Mother’s Day weekend at Michelle’s home in Duck. The location was ideal- 5 min walk to the beach and a 1 min drive to restaurants/shops. The home had multiple amenities to make going to the beach a breeze- a wagon to help transport gear (plus a fun ride for our 2 year old!), beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, and even sand toys. „Dog friendly 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Outdoor stairs easier for some to get to second floor. The spiral staircase inside is not ideal for people who may have mobility issues. Comfortable temperature control. W/D in good working condition. Limited cooking utensils. May want to bring favorite pots/pans if you’re planning on meal prep. We all felt very comfortable staying there and the location is tops!! Centrally located and close to beaches, shops, restaurants , etc. Two very friendly cats live ...

„The house was amazing. The location is perfect. The beach access and having your own private area was phenomenol. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing is . The house has its quirks and 1 bathroom is tricky but doable. The lsiting says theres an outside bathroom but it was locked so we didnt have access. "The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better impression."
