„We had a lovely time on the lake. The house was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed to enjoy our little nook of Lake Lure - pool noodles, canoe, and several kayaks made it easy to jump right in! Kitchen was well stocked for meals and Chimney Rock was an easy 10m drive away.“

„Wonderful house - very roomy, clean and well stocked throughout. View is incredible! Location is private but also convenient to hiking, shopping and restaurants. We had fabulous pizza from La Strada in Lake Lure. Melissa was a great host, very responsive. We would definitely stay there again“

„Extremely clean! We wondered if it had recently been renovated bc it’s so clean. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly. (We had trouble with getting it unlocked, but he solved it quickly.) I would recommend for a quiet, restful getaway.“

„Absolutely beautiful place. It was so warm and cozy and extremely clean. The check-in process had a tiny hiccup, having to send my phone number twice and still not getting a response so I had to call them but once I called, they were very responsive and I received all the codes needed to check-in and did not have any issues. We will definitely stay here again.“

„Cozy and what was needed.“

„CARL WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST. THE CABIN IS AMAZING. ALL THE AMENITIES YOU WILL EVER NEED FOR YOUR STAY. CARL WAS THERE ANY TIME WE NEEDED HIM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CABIN. THE SCHUMPERT'S“

„This cabin is in a perfect location, with stunning a long views and an outdoor hot tub. The pros include wide open floor plan, great shower, plenty of linens and easy to use entertainment. The cons are the whole place feels a little bit shabby, with all the woodwork caulked but not finished, lots of stinkbugs inside, and poorly equipped, mis-matched kitchen gear. Foot plate on the stove had fallen off. There was firewood for the fire but no working lighter. Just little stuff. I would ...

„Our stay at the Piney Mountain cabin was fantastic. The cabin was spotless and in a great location. The area is very quiet and has beautiful views. It is a short drive to many small towns for great food, shopping, hiking and the Biltmore. This is our second stay here. Alison Greer, our host, is extremely easy to reach for questions and provided detailed instructions. The cabin was stocked with essentials and everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!“
