„Great location in the heart of downtown Greensboro! Great restaurants, shopping, deserts is all just steps away and that's what we enjoyed most. The master suite in the back with it's own seperate sitting area as well as both a tub and turbo shower was amazing! Especially enjoyed sitting on the roof top porch one evening as well and the "pack & go" policy on checkout day was very a very nice suprise! Maddie was a great communicator as well when we had a small issue with the T.V.“

„This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. „The apartment was very clean, warm, and smelled very inviting when we arrived. Plenty of dishes, but the coffee mugs and bowls were hard to reach (we are under 5'5'). The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for a 5 night stay. Yes, there was a W/D but no detergent. Luckily I packed my own, I had to wash the bedding the first night due to an upset stomach. Had an issue with the dryer that the owner was able to help us with. The only other ...
