„Sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man in die Great Smokey Mountains möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Reihenendhaus über drei Etagen mit allem Komfort und erstklassigem WLAN. Alles war super sauber. Das hat uns darüber hinweg getröstet, dass wir an einem von drei Tagen nur Regen hatten.“

„Fabulous little place! Has pools ourside and 1 inside with a hot tub. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the beach was a bit of a walk at 2.5 blocks. And you had to cross 4 lanes of bust traffic during the day. At night it was not an issue as much. I think there needs to a crosswalk put in to help with crossing the road safely. “

„The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this condo on the river. Close to everything downtown. The Battleship USS North Carolina anchors right across the river with a view from the balcony. The washer and dryer make cleaning clothes easy. Everything you need is in the comfort of this condo. A separate bedroom is great because I get up early and my wife gets up later. No arguments here. „The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! „We’ve been going to the mountain for 47 years. This by far was the best place to stay very easy access; air was cooled up on top my shirt mountain and the company has a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna I would recommend this place exponentially more than any other place“

The apartment itself was spacious, and comfortable for our group of seven and the beds were clean and soft. „Bed unmade with sheets taking a long time to drive. We were able to find fitted sheet and pillow cases with marker stains (but clean). Only 1 towel available. Rest were in dryer with sheets and were unable to be dried. Property could have stood some extra cleaning (sandy, leftover food in fridge/freezer, plates/cups needed a bit more thorough washing as well as bathroom, etc). The host was very speedy in his responses as well as apologetic and did try his best to resolve the bedding situation ...

"Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Aber 1. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind super klein und es war furchtbar laut. 2. Die Baustelle direkt am Hotel ist riesig und super laut. (man hätte die Gäste im Vorfeld darauf hinweisen müssen), wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stock ab 7 Uhr war es mit schlafen vorbei 3. Gesamt ist das Hotel zu hellhörig. Nicht nur der Lärm der Baustelle auch von innen, wenn jemand im Flur vorbei lief und sich unterhalten hat hat man im Zimmer alles deutlich gehört. "
