„We got a text before arriving that our condo was ready for an earlier check-in. The property was ideally located in Biltmore Village. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The management company had left a starter kit with coffee. The only problem we had was with the TV, we could’nt get the cable to turn on. We called and they sent someone out almost right away to remedy the situation. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Ashville.“

„Great location. Clean room. Easy check-in. I needed an early check-in, and have never encountered a VRBO or hotel that has a policy of never offering early check-in, so this was a bit frustrating. The construction that they mentioned in the posting was not bad as it stayed well within the listed hours, though the windows do let a lot of noise on, and the sound machine was appreciated. I wish there was a small dresser with drawers or something for those of us who like to unpack a little bit ...
