„This location can't be beat! So close to the Riverwalk! We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and shopping. Charming building and unit with lots of character. AC works great! Surprisingly quite given the downtown location. The host was easy to communicate with and provided good information regarding check-in, area activities, etc... So much to do and see! Be aware the parking is off site, so it cost extra via meters or parking deck. 12 to 14 per day.“

The place was very clean when we arrived and was well organized with all the items offered. The whole stay the host gave recommendations that were appreciated and very nice. „This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking ...

Overall, the neighborhood was good and we walked downtown from the apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. But if there are light sleepers in your party, you can hear the people upstairs talking and walking above you.“
