Edgar was the perfect manager showing us everything about the house, getting us beach chairs and yoga mats. „Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions.“

„The property is gorgeous and exactly as described in the pictures. The pool was great and rests at an ideal temperature - not too cold, not too hot. A/C works well, although we didn't use it much as there are ceiling fans, and windows on all 4 sides of the house to open and let the breeze through. All the windows and doors had locks, there is an alarm system, and we felt very secure. The beach was free of garbage, and seaweed surprisingly! The BBQ got a lot of use and most meals were taken on ...

„The house was clean and cozy , and the view was great! However…. Our first time in Costa Rica and when they say dry season, it was way beyond my expectations. The property was very difficult to find but once located, everything was fine. I would stay there again but maybe when things were a bit greener 😅 The caretaker was very kind but a bit busy at times. Very thankful for the Wi-Fi and the a/c upstairs!“

„Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!“
