„Wir haben 4 Tage mit 2 Familien zu 10 dieses Haus geniessen dürfen. Es war genau das, was wir lange gesucht hatten, und wir überlegen schon, wann wir das nächste Mal dorthin könnten. Die Lage ist großartig und man hat tatsächlich von allen Zimmern eine grandiose Aussicht. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Man findet zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes Plätzchen. Sei es unter den Palmen, auf einem der Balkone, am Pool, auf der Terrasse, am Strand ... So kann man es auch gut mit Teenagern oder Teenager ...

„We had a very relaxing stay at casita Kin-ha! The space was exactly as described. We were able to use the provided bicycles to go into town for groceries and tour around. The bikes could use a bit more maintenance as we had to pump up the tires a few times, and it would be great if all were equipped with lights. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude. Unfortunately the pool had sand and debris blowing in constantly so we did not use it at all. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. We ...

„This property was amazing for our family vacation. Perfect size and all the amenities. Filtered water is a huge plus. Private access to the beach was also fantastic. It is farther from a larger grocery store, but it is an easy uber ride. we also liked that is was not in the 'party zone' it was very peaceful. Miriam was very great to work with. It is just a few miles from the center of Puerto Morelos, and convenient for daytripping to other places - Valladolid, Ek Balam, cenotes, Playa del Carmen. "Schönes Hotel, aber zu viele Schwächen für den Preis Das Fiesta Americana ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage mit meist freundlichem Personal. Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin sehr unhöflich – unsere Beschwerde wurde zwar angenommen, aber ob es etwas gebracht hat, bleibt unklar. Die Liegen-Situation war frustrierend: Entweder man zahlt 100 $ pro Tag für ein Bali-Bett oder steht früh auf, um sich eine Liege zu sichern. Ich hasse sowas – habe es in meinem Leben noch nie gemacht, aber wegen Jetlag war ich um 5 Uhr wach und habe zum ersten Mal eine Liege reserviert. Es hat sich einfach falsch angefühlt, besonders bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Zudem waren viele Liegen kaputt und es gab zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot war okay – viel Auswahl, durchschnittlich gute Qualität. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants abends hätten wir mehr erwartet. Bei den Getränken gab es günstige und hochwertige Marken – Letztere waren aber nicht immer inklusive. Insgesamt: Schönes Hotel, aber für knapp 1800 € (5 Nächte) erwarten wir mehr Service, Qualität und Komfort."

"The beach is amazing. They clean the seagrass every day, we liked that! The service wasn‘t good. Often we waitet 20-30 min. until someone came. We stayed for 12 nights and we only can eat at the buffet. All other restaurant were booked out every night! We tried to take a reservation from the first day and couldn‘t even get one… all in one the hotel was ok but not the price worth it! We don’t recommend it "
