I didn’t like anything about this property !! The hotel should be closed !! One of our room was dirty, there was hair in the bed ! In the other room tv didn’t work , safe didn’t work , fridge didn’t work and I found cockroaches in it! And the tour people are thieves !! Stay away form this place !!

Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time also for my Birthday. Neigher my birthday nor the fact that it was our 2nd time was acknowledged. The next day after my disappointed checkin review, they set up a nice birthday surprise. Pro: Spacious room, great bed, good service, decent food, great beach. Neg: food is decent but not OMG. The taste is a bit bland. At the beach there are 11 Umbrellas for 72 seats, so if you are late - no shade and they refuse to bring unused 19 umbrellas from a different part of the hotel. You hear the music not only from the pool, but also from the hotel next door. The room smelled kinda damp bc of AC, AC cannot be controlled and is set to freezing, tv wasnt working properly(but got fixed), shower-heads didnt work peoperly, when activating the Handheld the rainshower still dripped water. Personally i dont think i will stay a 3rd time. I think i will find another 5star hotel in the zone. Actually i booked a 3rd stay before our departure, but i cancelled it bc of this experience

We stayed 7 days / 6 nights at AVA Resort Cancun. Overall, the stay was okay, but we would not return. The resort felt too crowded for our preference—you need to enjoy large, busy, high-traffic environments to fully appreciate it. Hotel was very clean and nice/new. There were several downsides. The pools and some activities like volleyball on the beach closed quite early. Finding a sun lounger was difficult unless you paid extra to upgrade, and even then, reserving a Bali bed required walking all the way back to the lobby. Beach seating was also limited, with very few loungers and umbrellas available. The resort is directly under a flight path, with airplanes passing overhead roughly every 5-10 minutes, which can be quite disruptive. Upon arrival, there was no clear introduction or explanation of how the resort works. When we asked for information, we were instead directed into a lengthy (around 2-hour) timeshare sales presentation. Service could be slow at times—we waited about 20 minutes for simple items like tacos, and it was often difficult to book restaurants or even get drinks at the bar. The resort also felt quite loud and overcrowded throughout the day. The water slides are noticeably smaller than they appear in promotional photo on expedia. Additionally, some staff seemed overworked, which occasionally affected the quality of interactions. In summary, while the resort has potential, the overcrowding, noise, and organization issues made it less enjoyable for us.

Es war das beste Hotel was wir je hatten. Elite Club ist sehr empfehlenswert. Personal, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Verpflegung alles top.
