„Fantastic location. Perfect place for quiet relaxation. Hammocks on the dock were incredible with the breeze. Water temp was perfect for jumping in and swimming to cool off. Saw a pair of Spider Monkeys in the fruit tree in the backyard one evening. Screened in porches were great for having dinner through their recommended chef, Martin. A/C's in the room worked well. Only had one small issue and the host came immediately and fixed it.“

"Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um ein kleines Hotel mit direkter Strandlage. Negativ: + Zimmer mit Ausblick zum Hoteleingang. Auf Nachfrage war das Hotel ausgebucht. Mindestens ein Zimmer hätte aber trotzdem noch für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes gebucht werden können. + Zimmerreinigung erfolgte erst am 2. Tag auf Nachfrage am späten Nachmittag ca. 15 Uhr + 12 Uhr Checkout mit Entfernung des AI-Bändchen oder man zahlt 20$ für 2h Verlängerung (ohne Zimmer) oder 40$ für 4h Verlängerung (ohne Zimmer) oder 15$ pro Stunde mit Zimmer - Abzocke, sowas habe ich in noch keinem AI Hotel erlebt + Gym veraltet und Klimaanlage zu kalt + Buffet Restaurant sehr klein und Auswahl sehr gering. 2weitere Restaurants Asia und Italienisch nicht täglich geöffnet + kaum Unterhaltung am Abend und wenn, dann innen Positiv + direkte Strand Lage + freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal + obwohl Standardzimmer gebucht, 1 Kategorie besser erhalten + Frühstück und Mittag waren lecker"

"Me quedo en este hotel desde hace unos años, desde que era propiedad de Wyndham y ahora de Hyatt, voy cada año. El staff, la comida, los servicios son excelentes pero lo que si necesitan es renovarlo las instalaciones están desgastadas, los cuartos, el balcón , si lo remodelaran estaría mucho mejor. A mi hija le encanta por el kids club y ya conozco al personal de varias areas porque seguimos yendo, espero que le hagan un lifting al hotel porque estaría mucho mejor en cuestión cuartos e instalaciones."

"Das Essen, die Getränke und der Service waren absolute Spitzenklasse! Der inkludierte Zimmer Service war fantastisch. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr schlecht gedämmt sodass die Musik von außen durchgehend so klang als hätte man die Fenster offen gelassen, gleiches gilt für die Geräusche vom Gang. Leider hatten wir trotz Ocean View Deluxe Kingsize Buchung keinen Blick aufs Meer sondern nur auf das Hotel gegenüber. Ohne preferred Club Vorteile Konten wir ein Restaurant und den schönsten Pool sowie einige andere benefits leider nicht nutzen. Hätte sich rückblickend betrachtet aber gelohnt. Einfach ein tolles Hotel."

"Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen sehr gut. Leider sind die Restaurants alle sehr laut. Der Strand ist schön, es gibt Liegen dirket am Strand und etwas weiter hinten mit Palmen. Dort ist es immer ruhig und immer etwas frei. Das Meer dort ist oft wellig, an den manchen ruhigen Tagen ist es nochmal schöner, da man dann das Türkis des Wassers erst so richtig gut sehen kann. Es gibt Entertainment (das Entertainment Team ist super) und Party, aber man kann sich auch immer ruhige Ecken suchen. Es ist kein reines Partyhotel. Wer aber nur Ruhe möchte, ist hier vermutlich auch nicht richtig. Um das Hotel herum ist nichts außer andere Hotels. Für uns war es nach einer Rundreise durch Yucatan der perfekte Abschluss "
