„Very friendly hosts. Quite, clean and good located. Bus stop is next to the door, 2 supernarkets too. And railway is 15min away. Shared bathroom are cleaned every and are spotless. Would definitely recommend as we had a great 5 day stay kn Kyoto. It is possible to leave the bags prior check in from 8am and also leave the bags after check out at 10am. Thank you very much. “

„Sato san and Nora san were the perfect hosts for our 4-night stay. Food was very good and the pension was warm and cozy. Our room was spacious enough and had a wonderful view of sunrise and even part of Mt Iwaki. Our room package came with daily breakfast and dinner. We felt we were staying with good friends and every dinner was pleasantly spent with Sato san, Nora san and fellow guests. Bon-chan was a delightful addition to the experience too. „We stayed one night at Yellow House Niseko, and that was enough for us. While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. Our room had a sliding door that opened into the main lobby area, so we could hear everything—footsteps, conversations, and any movement from other guests. "Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"
