„The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were immaculate, and the food was delicious. I would come to Japan again just to stay at this hotel.“

„Staff and service were amazing but my room was a little run down. Even though it was a non smoking room, it had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke which was making me nauseous. „Struttura bellissima e nuova. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite di 95 mq con una sala da bagno meravigliosa! Personale gentilissimo“

„Traditional Japanese Ryokan. Staff has been very welcoming and kind to our kids and us. Food has been a positive traditional experience. Special meals for our kids has been provided without asking. The outdoor onsen and sauna area has been great. Free shuttle transfer to the nearest stations including luggage support. The room itself is a bit dated but we enjoyed our overnight stay. “
