„The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊“

There is a nearby market place with a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It is very close to the 101 freeway. The stairs up to the apartment are steep and you will want to have a light on to navigate the steps as well as the entry hallway to the front door. „Die FW liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, dadurch braucht man allerdings mit ÖPNV mehr als eine Stunde ins Zentrum, mit dem Auto eine halbe Stunde. Parken im Zentrum ist allerdings verdammt teuer. Vor der FW ist ausreichend öffentlicher Parkraum. Ich empfehle Uber! Die FW hat ein etwas schmales Doppelbett, ein großes Sofa und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Fernsehen gibt es nur in Form von Netflix. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional und schön integriert. „We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed.
