„Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und kühlte den Raum auch dann noch runter, nachdem wir sie mit Hilfe der Wandeinheit ausgeschaltet hatten. Von der Rezeption erhielten wir keinerlei Hile, denn die Dame, die sich dort befand, sagte mir, sie sei nicht fürs Housekeeping zuständig und hätte die Zimmer deshalb noch nicht von innen gesehen. Sie könnte zwar jemanden anrufen, vor dem nächsten Morgen würde sich aber niemand mehr um unser Problem kümmern. Da wir (glücklicherweise) nur eine Nacht bleiben ...
