„This place as just okay. We stayed in an elite room which gave us butler service. Our butler, Roman, took hours to respond, gave us incorrect dinner reservation times and was overall underwhelming. The pools were warm? Literally felt like bath water which is not what you expect in Mexico. Espically when the beaches are full of seaweed. We spent most of the time off resort due to this. Lights in the pool were all ripped out and it seemed to not have great filtration. Drinks were good when ...
