Overall a good new resort. Obviously due to it being new a lot of the staff is brand new and is still learning their job. So expect to have little issues here and there. Some of the things that I hope they change is for example, the buffet style food option is only available for breakfast. For lunch and dinner you are only able to attend restaurants. You also have no ability to reserve any ( besides one) restaurants but when you do show up you are typically told to come back in 30 to 45 minutes due to no seats being available. It is not a big deal but can be frustrating at times. The Revive bar during our stay did not actually have any fresh fruit or smoothies as advertised on their website. It was basically just another bar with alcohol and some fruit concentrate that they mixed with milk in a blender. Also upgrading to the excellence club and paying extra money seemed pointless since nobody seems to really enforce who actually goes to what pool or beach area. There are no bracelets. So even though we paid for the upgraded service I don’t feel like we got anything different for this extra payment. Overall I think resort has potential and with time will improve.
