„My family of 5 stayed here. I had a hard time at check-in because I was not given the code for the second set of keys that opens the master bedroom. I did not hear back until late the first night to receive the second code. The air conditioner stopped working. We were told they would come and fix it, but that never happened. Pictures show pool bars, but there was never anyone there to serve drinks. We had two towels per bathroom for a six night stay! I would suggest looking elsewhere!“

„Se encuentra muy bien ubicada la propiedad. Sin embargo hay algunas observaciones por hacer. Lo anuncian como de 4 recamaras con baño cada una y solo tiene tres. En la master bedroom no se pueden subir las cortinas blackout,una no sirve el cordon y la otra ni siquuera lo tiene. La caja fuerte no tenia baterias y no se pudo usar. La chapa de la puerta corrediza que da al balcon, estaba pegada con silicon y se cayo al abrirla. Solo hay una llave para abrir la unidad y eso dificulta cuando los ...

„The condo and the complex it was located in were phenomenal! We were surprised at the lack of crowds for such a gem. The condo itself had a jungle view (which was honestly probably an asset for sleeping in), but the stunning beach was an easy five minute walk, and I found that I didn't miss an ocean view because the views all over the property were spectacular. We spent most of our time at the beach club (pool and beach area), which was gorgeous and had comfortable loungers and plenty of shade. ...

„The apartment is super nice, it was spotless and all amenities in the apartment were great. La Amada community is great all areas are well maintained, the pools are heated and awesome.Beach access was super easy and all amenities at the beach club were perfect.Liliana was a great host super friendly and responsive and helped us with all of our questions and requests.We had a great time “

"Restaurants gutes Essen! Buffet zu wenig Kapazitäten für größe des Hotels, Zustand des Zimmers schrecklich - Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmel Geruch, alles Schranktüren verzogen durch Feuchtigkeit. Kein einziger Schrank hat richtig geschlossen. Schubladen schief, Decke unter den Klimaanlagen gewölbt (feucht), Wasser kam aus ALLEN Wassehähnen erst braun, dann gelb, dann klar,… roch nach Rost !!! Und das in einer Präsidenten-Suite! Außenanlagen gut, Show gut,…"

"Wir waren hier vier Nächte nachdem wir ein bereits bezahltes Hotel für den Zeitraum verlassen haben da es uns gar nicht gefallen hat. Entsprechend hoch waren die Erwartungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war Standard für den Preis und México, uns hat es geschmeckt. Die Anlage an sich war sehr sauber, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung."
