There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). „I booked this property on December 2024 and I am very glad I did. This property is beautiful and has a lot of space. It is close to the airport and to the Vegas strip. I loved the fact that it is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it perfect for a relaxing time at the heated pool. I highly recommend this property. “

„The listing said it was newly renivated but it needed lots of work. Paint was chipped everywhere and the baseboards looked gross. Cabinets are old. It said it slept 16, it did not. Said it has a lake view. No lake. We couldn’t get into the house for over 2 hours abter the checkin time and There was an issue with the payment going through. The host basically harassed us and went in the house when we were not there. “
