„We’re from Los Angeles and didn’t know much about Placerville before our visit, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of activities nearby, and we enjoyed every single one. The house was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly. It was also conveniently close to downtown and local attractions.The only thing the house needs is a better WiFi. It’s super slow during our stay.“

„We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful. So grateful for all the (sleep) space making us able to have a group of friends join us for a concert in the area. The little touches were the icing on the cake, a s’mores platter left for us, extra coffee pods, make up wipes, etc.. Best VRBO yet! Already talking about doing it again. “

„We stayed here for the weekend. The home is beautifully kept with everything you need clearly marked and easy to find. Very clean with all of the amenities you will need. My one and only complaint would be the steep slope of the driveway which made parking challenging. Everything else was perfect.“

„Beautiful location, surrounded by trees, and private. Canal was a bonus. Nice rooms with thick carpet. Comfortable beds. Right off the freeway, but good insulation blocks sound when inside. We loved the flickering "fairy" lights on the trees at night!Owners friendly and helpful. Caution for mobility-challenged: ascending slope to house is steep, and stairs on the lower section don't have handrails.Overall, a great option in the area and would rent again!“

„Truly one of a kind gem, set in a beautiful location. The house has all of the modern conveniences but has been maintained with care for the historic detail. “

„First off, it was over 800 with all the added little feed. We went there to be by the lake. Brought my daughter and her new dog. I texted them before I got there, asking about the lake. No response. When I got there I see why they ignored my text. They're draining the lake for the summer. There was no beach. Just all rock and it wasn't safe to jump in where we were because the water was so low. If you have a boat, this place is good for you.I liked the pool area. But there's caution tape ...

"Teuer ist es ja, aber deswegen auch nicht gut. Wenn man mir noch 10 dollar für eine internetverbindung abknöpft, frage ich mich schon, ob da was nicht stimmt. Ein freies wlan hatten wir auf unserer kompletten Reise in jedem Hotel, warum im teuersten dann nicht ? Außerdem sollte man den Architekten einmal befragen, was er sich bei den Lichtschaltern im Badezimmer gedacht hat. Da kommt man nur ran, wenn man im Dunkeln die Tür schließt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht anders einstellen, als das die einen im Bett permanent anbläst. Tolle Konstruktion. Sorry, aber das Hotel , ist das Geld nicht wert. "
