"Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Es wurde längere Zeit nicht mehr richtig gesaugt und Staub gewischt."

"Bei einer Unterkunft dieses Kalibers sind die Erwartungen hoch. Nicht alle wurden gedeckt, bspw. wurden in meinen Zimmer die Kaffeekapseln nicht aufgefüllt und der Pool lädt leider in keiner Weise zum Verweilen ein, da es nur 2 Liegen gibt und sonst nur Stühle und Bänke. In der Sauna war Müll. Als ich während meines Aufenthalten nach einer Bewertung gefragt wurde, habe ich die Dinge angesprochen und mir wurde prompt ein Zimmerupgrade angeboten. Stattdessen habe ich nach einem late check out gefragt und dieser wurde sehr großzügig genehmigt. Alles andere war aber sauber und top "
