The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use. Despite the property not being fully fenced, our well trained dog was safe -labrador sized so large enough to monitor through the foliage, and the property is inset away from the road.
