Despite the property not being fully fenced, our well trained dog was safe -labrador sized so large enough to monitor through the foliage, and the property is inset away from the road. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use.
