„Probably the best Hotel experience I’ve had in a while. All the staff have been wonderful. The hotel is cute and quaint. It is in a great location Just 6 minutes to the UNCG campus. Great vibe, location and customer service. The only thing that is just meh is the breakfast . I think they could have some better options. Not everyone likes bagels and blueberry muffins. Other than that I will definitely stay here again. “

„We had a great stay. Most of our interactions were with Michael and he was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with both sink and shower not draining. The shower kept spilling water out onto floor. We were in room 510. Maintenance promptly came to resolve issues though the shower continued to be a nuisance without being fully resolved.
