„Next day upon arrival we were invited by a mayan shaman to a ceremony. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, we witnessed together the wonderful ceremony, it was an amazing experience! They upgraded our room and we had an incredible view, we were also lucky to bring binoculars and a tripod, so we were able to see the birds closer and we took incredible pictures. The hotel is clean, the food is fantastic, i loved the breakfast chia and avocado bowls. We will surely stay there again. Gracias ...

„separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.“

„We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind.
