Took over 3 hours for the check in process. Room wasn’t ready until 5pm!! Walked almost a mile to the room just for my bracelet to not work. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby. This happened THREE TIMES. So unacceptable. The lights didn’t work in my room. I told them three times about it and eventually gave up. They were never fixed. The safe didn’t work in my room as well which I told them twice about. They had no solution for me. The other room on my reservation had black furry mold in their room. Their tubs and sinks didn’t drain. Service everywhere was terrible. Front desk guy told me “we get yelled at all day what do you want me to do?” Bartenders are rude, can’t make any sort of drink with more than two ingredients. They try to nickel and dime everything including using their beach towels even though they’re barely glorified bath towels. Food also mediocre. No entertainment crew or any sort of shows or performances at night. Hospitality doesn’t exist at this resort. Sat ourselves at breakfast buffet many times because there was no host. Also would get sat by host and still would go my entire meal without a drink. No worker walking by smiled or asked if we ever needed anything. Not one person ever asked how my stay was.
