This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in my 45 years of traveling.
1. The pictures - so misleading all the furniture including the bed MOVED, cheap. Constant noise by pool.
2. Checked in - Ivan was nice but then lied on me
3. The food - awful especially room service. If I am paying 1,700+ dollars, the all inclusive food should match. So disappointing
4. No one showed me how to use the safe - I scanned the QR code as it was given as an option; jewelry stuck and 5 times a lady kept telling me over and over, "You should have used your key."
5. The shuttle service - false advertisement of a shuttle every 20 minutes. After diner 6:45pm 7pm - I waited 45 minutes. Then it fills up, is I have to wait and wait.
6. Before I came, I wanted to be sure my reservation said one person - me. I traveled alone, met no one and came home. Expedia lied to je and said it showed 1
7. Called front desk - said showed one guest
8. FERNANDA - Passive aggressive and rude said call Expedia then dismissed me as if I were a child Never AGAIN Shame on all for lying to me
