„The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. “

„This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did ...

„Cool house with plenty of space for friends and family. Not super decked-out and minimal amenities but clean and tidy and comfortable. Great customer service too.“

„We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.“

„House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. The house is in two perimeters of gated communities so taxi access is nearly impossible. The provided address was wrong (and still is), so ...

„Wir waren mit zwei Familien für eine Woche in Tulum. Das Haus ist super schön. Direkt am Meer mit umwerfenden Ausblicken aus allen Räumen. Es war herrlich nach spannenden Ausflügen hierher zurückzukehren. Elda und Elder sind sehr hilfsbereit und es ist toll zu wissen, dass immer jemand nebenan ist, der auf alles aufpasst! Und Eldas Lobster war einfach nur großartig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für alles. Natascha“

„We enjoyed being able to stay with our large group of friends. The house is nice and big and provides plenty of space. The pool was fantastic! The private beach is beautiful. It would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs available for guests to take to the beach with them. The house was nice and clean and we had a wonderful time! “

„The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .“
