„I stayed here for an event nearby, the whole process was so easy and it was very close to my event and everything I needed to do or get to. Very private and quiet too, which was a pleasant break from being around lots of people. Totally recommend this rental.“

„The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which ...

„Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.“

„Great little studio with all the amenities you would need. So close to restaurants and shops. My only negative is that you only get one "key" to get into the building. It was super inconvenient a few times this stay as my husband and I were on different schedules. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. “

„My mom and I stayed here while in San Jose watching my son play lacrosse. It was very central to where we needed to go. We walked the neighborhood a few times and there are some parks near by. The place was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable and the hosts were lovely! I would absolutely stay there again as it was perfect for what I needed.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und mit ausreichend sauberen Bettzeug ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem grossen tiefen Spülbecken, einschließlich einer praktischen Handbrause, ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend vorhanden. Lediglich die vorhandenen angeschmorten Kochlöffel sowie Pfannenheber waren nicht nutzbar und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der fehlende Toaster wurde auf Wunsch sofort bereitgestellt. „We had plenty of room to work, cook, and eat, the two of us. I enjoyed many design elements and useful items: extra bath mat & hook in bathroom, washer/dryer, plenty of dishes. Great light. Hosts went to great trouble to replace an appliance as soon as it broke. They were responsive to all our requests. Location was perfect for us. No street noise, no bugs or odd smells. Very clean.“

„Perfect studio in a fantastic neighborhood of Willow Glen. Everything I needed for my solo stay, and excellent communication with the host. Quiet, simple and well maintained. Comfy bed, full kitchen with snacks and drinks. Loved staying here, and definitely hope to be back!“
