„The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley. “

„We had issues with the a/c units in the bedroom. They never stayed on and were leaking condensation from the units. Also the lights in the smaller bedroom never worked, the lamps would turn on mid click then turn off. Otherwise the stay was exactly what we needed.“

„Such a great setup for a family. Bedrooms were quiet, beds were comfy, and we felt very safe with it being a gated community. Chris the owner was very communicative and always got right back to me when I asked any questions. Highly recommend!“

„Was very comfortable! I loved it. The place was immaculate. So quiet and private while we were there. Beautiful view of the woods out the window. There was every amenity one might want. They even had games that we played.Such a great central location to access Placerville and surrounding areas. „It is only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe and has nearby shops such as Safeway and Target. The house is undoubtedly fabulous and comfortable, you feel like in your own home! I will definitely stay there again, an amazing place!!!“

„This was a a perfect place to meet up with our Davis student for a holiday gathering. Right across the street from campus and only a block from downtown! The house was comfortable to cook and play games and watch movies- our favorite activities. The beds were very comfortable. Management was very kind and responsive. Hope to stay here again!“
