The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult. „What a great property to stay at! Brooke was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Being able to bring my two dogs was so nice. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily walks. The house was lovely and just as described/pictured in the listing, and bonus was it was close to downtown Grand Rapids where my son’s wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding were. So convenient for going back and forth. Loved the stay and would gladly stay here again if I am ever back in Grand Rapids.“
