„Everything was seamless! Austin made it easy and was very responsive. Read fine print as this is a duplex where Austin lives next door yet we never heard a peep! HUGE backyard/fire pit/hot tub main entrance is through lower level main bedroom. Great access by driving for all the local beach towns and Hope campus/downtown Holland. Bikes and beach towels provided!“

„From the moment we pulled up to the day we left... we were all in love. The privacy of this location is phenomenal. From the private road to access to the lake in the backyard. The girls were kayaking day and night. Very close to the grocery store and also not far from downtown shopping. We would definitely stay here again.“

„We absolutely loved the house and all the amenities! Our trip spanned 5 families with 9 children aged 5-13 and no one was bored. From the arcade, ping pong, Nintendo switches to all the outdoor amenities of the nice large pool, paddle ball, and hot tub everyone had a blast. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and just miles from a few beach options. All the comforts of home and more with multiple coffee options, an air fryer, a few grills, etc. we didn't need much walking into a place that ...

„Perfect location for our multi-family vacation. House was just as described. Pool and all grounds were clean and well-kept. We all had a great time!“

„We had a lovely stay at the Holland property! Great location for everything we wanted to do in town. There’s a great park a couple of blocks away that we enjoyed several afternoons at and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks too. Also the amazing farmers market is a 10 minute walk away which was great for picking up fresh produce.“

„Perfect spot for a reunion of friends! Had all of the amenities we needed, good beds for everyone, a beautiful firepit/yard, and to top it all off a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to get into town. Loved staying there!“

„Excellent house and pool! Everything you need (minus cooking utensils were a little sparse), but plenty of room and supplies for a family of 4-6 people. The house is next to a busy road, so the noise at night was an adjustment but was okay after we put fans on in bedrooms to block out the street noises. May have been worse since we visited during the County Fair week.Very convenient to multiple beaches!Would definitely visit again!“

The fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and ambiance, especially while relaxing and listening to the collection of random vinyls—such a fun and nostalgic touch. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. Peaceful, charming, and a great place to unwind. Highly recommend!“
