„Hotel was nice and clean. However tried to run my card before I got there. Then changed my room to a king. Went down to find out why was told because they didn't think I was coming. Checkin didn't start til 3 pm and I got there at 4pm. Charged me more than what I was supposed to stay and haven't seen a refund yet. Pancake machine was broken. “

„The staff were very friendly especially our shuttle drivers. Thing I did not like is trash pickup at 3am were very loud with the dumpsters. We were on the 3rd floor and still awakened by the loud noise and was unable to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was good, would definitely ask for a room away from the dumpsters. Maybe I should get some extra marriott points as compensation...thank you“

„Ist eigentlich mein Stammhotel in Grand Rapids da es echt sauber, zentral und vom Preis/Leistung top ist. Dieses Mal hatte ich glaube ich einfach Pech bei der Zimmerzuteilung mit Zimmer 209, der Kühlschrank war so laut, das gefühlt ein Traktor durchs Zimmer fährt(nach abschalten war es okay). Zimmer wirkte abgelebt. Hab das dann unten an der Rezeption gesagt, aber der Kollege war mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und desinteressiert mir ein alternatives Zimmer zu geben. War jedoch das erste Mal ...

„Was a nice stay. When I originally went to check in the room wasn't ready due to maintenance needing to repair something but it was a short wait. However getting to the room, the dishwasher was going and just dumping soapy water all over the floor. Housekeeping was quick to clean it up however. The room was clean and tidy.
