„Beautiful hotel! “

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

Zweiten Tag ein jüngerer Mann und man musste für auffüllen nachfragen. Pool gut. Fitnessraum super. Sitzgelegenheiten draußen auch schön. WiFi schnell. Gute Lage zum River. Wendys und BIGGBY Coffee zu Fuss zu erreichen. “

„Only thing I would complain about is the breakfast. Had a big event at Van Andel Arena the night before and a ton of people stayed here to. The event lasted longer than most people stay up and so we were all sluggish in the morning and didn’t make it to breakfast until 9, breakfast was until 930. Well at 9am, they only had eggs, 2 sausage patties anda few muffin sandwiches. Never refilled anything. I get it’s close to breakfast ending but there was at least 50 people I seen come down from 9-920 ...

„We stayed at their basic king size room that’s perfect for 1-2 person. It has Nespresso coffee machine, 2 adult size robes with slippers that are very comfy. Overall, the room is very nice and clean. The staff are also helpful and friendly. The room has no microwave and iron if you want to iron clothes. The hotel is nearby a grocery store, lots of different restaurants to choose from, gas stations, library, retail stores, a park, and many more. It is also in a quiet and family oriented ...

„Schöne, alte Bausubstanz. Fußboden ist sehr laut. Man hört die Schritte der Zimmernschbarn. Zimmerservice kommt nur alle paar Tage. Sicherlich muss nicht jeden Tag eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden, aber vielleicht die Mülleimer geleert und die Verbrauchsmittel aufgefüllt.“
