„Super clean hotel. Very friendly staff! The 24/7 cookies at the front desk were clutch late night! Great location as well 15 minutes or less from just about everywhere we wanted to go.“

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„Great location and parking was easy! Rooms were clean and new but the beds were so soft that everyone woke up with a sore back. Also, the lack of carpet in the rooms made it very loud between floors when someone was walking above. Overall, a great stay, but a few things need to be addressed.“

„This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.“

„The hotel itself was super clean. The room was spotless. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with big smiles and made us feel welcome. Parking is very convenient. There is a parking garage located just across the street. This hotel is so walkable to every restaurant or shop you could possibly want to explore in downtown Grand Rapids.“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„This is a property that I would like to stay at again however there is a real issue with the smell of cigarette smoke. From the minute we exited the elevator on the 2nd floor to entering our room (Room 212) the smell was present. Upon returning home - my clothes, my luggage, my bags all reek of smoke. Possibly a previous occupant was a smoker or it could be because people stand directly under the second floor, at the front of the building, right outside the front entrance - and smoke. That ...

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals.
